Our Hotel Safety Program guarantees you and your family
a safe and secure vacation at Loano 2 Village.

For a minimum stay of 3 nights in hotel and 5 nights in Residence,
with advance payment of the full amount of your stay at booking time,
travel insurance is included in the price!

If you are unable to leave due to an unforeseeable event, such as illness,
you can cancel your reservation up to the day of arrival, reporting the incident to Europ Assistance
that will handle the request for the reimbursement of the penalty charged.

In addition, if you have to anticipate or postpone your departure date due to illness,
accident, you can request reimbursement of the unused portion of your stay
or its extension, in accordance with the Policy conditions.

Health care throughout your stay, roadside assistance and luggage guarantee

are included in the price as well.

CANCELLATION OF STAY AND REFUND
Reimbursement of the penalty in case of impossibility to leave for reasons
or events that can objectively be documented, including chronic and pre-existing diseases.

EARLY DEPARTURE AND EXTENSION OF STAY
Reimbursement of the unused portion of the stay due to early departure.
Reimbursement for any extension of stay due to illness or injury.

HEALTH CARE AND REIMBURSEMENT OF MEDICAL EXPENSES
24/7 assistance. Dispatch of a doctor or ambulance and transfer to an equipped center.
Reimbursement of medical, pharmaceutical and hospital expenses
for illness or injury.

VEHICLE ASSISTANCE
Roadside assistance and Dapannage.

BAGGAGE AND DELAYED DELIVERY
Europe Assistance compensates for material and direct damages caused by theft
or loss by the air carrier and reimburses sudden expenses incurred to buy items for personal hygiene
and/or clothing, only for delayed delivery to the airport of destination of the outward journey.

Cancellation and payment terms
The Prepaid Rate including Insurance guarantees cancellation for reasons or events
that can objectively be documented, unexpected and not known at the time of booking confirmation
and that occur directly to the insured or to his/her family members.
The full amount of your stay will be charged at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation the Europ Assistance Insurance Company will handle your request
for the reimbursement of the penalty charged, according to Europ Assistance terms.
Tourist tax is not included.
