Check-in & check-out
Rooms are available at 3 p.m., apartments at 5 p.m. On departure day check-out is required at 10 a.m., both for rooms and apartments.
You can start to enjoy the village facilities from 12 a.m., after checking in at the reception. Rooms are ready at 3 p.m., apartments at 5 p.m.
Of course. You can pay by credit card as well.
The luggage storage room is not available.
After check out it is possible to enjoy the swimming pool for an extra charge, depending on occupancy of the resort.
SWIMMING POOLS
The outdoor pools will be open. A shower with soap is required before entering the pool. 2 sunbeds and 1 parasol are available for each room/apartment.
Yes, it is. The indoor pool is open with water at ambient temperature.
After 8 p.m. the pools are closed. According to the Animation program, you can use the pools after the usual opening hours.
You can rent towels for the swimming pool at our reception desk, the cost for the service is € 4,00 per towel per change. A deposit of Euro 10 per towel is required.
No, it isn’t. The use of swimming cap in the pool is not required.
SHUTTLE BUS
Shuttle bus service is available from 1st June to 30th September during daytime at scheduled hours, every 30 minutes, until before dinner, with a break at lunchtime. It stops in Loano in a very central position, easy to reach the sea, shopping streets, restaurants and bars. The timetable is available at the Reception of the Village.
The shuttle bus has no platform for lifting wheelchairs for passengers with reduced mobility. It has a very spacious storage space where you can place your wheelchair.
PARKING
Numbered parking spaces are available in the village’s underground garage at a daily cost of € 10.00. There are no time limits, we give you a numbered key with which you can access the garage at any time. Otherwise, in front of the village there is a very large, free, unguarded public car park.
2 garages are 2.40 metres high.
There are no recharging stations in our Resort, but the reception staff will be happy to show you where to recharge your car in the near surroundings.
SPORT AND ANIMATION PROGRAMME
Animation program is available from 27 May to 17 September 2023. Our Animation staff will be entertaining you all summer long with games, sports tournaments, water aerobics, yoga, fun theme nights, shows, cabaret and pool parties. At the Kids Club children from 4 to 8 years old will enjoy didactic labs, snack time, fun activities in the large open-air play areas and, after dinner, the evening Baby Dance by Otto il Polpotto. The Junior & Teens Club the teenagers can take part in many activities arranged according to their age and in five-a-side football, tennis, beach volleyball and table tennis tournaments.
The animation activities for adults and children are included in the facilities at no extra cost.

At the Kids Club children from 4 to 8 years old will enjoy didactic labs, snack time, fun activities in the large open-air play areas and, after dinner, the evening Baby Dance by Otto il Polpotto. Our animation team is looking forward to taking care of your children and teenagers!
In the village there is an outdoor playground, indoor play areas and, for the little ones, a sandy area to have fun in the sand just like at the beach.
No extra charge, it is included in the guest facilities. Reservation of the field is required.
If you have not brought your own equipment, at reception desk you can rent rackets and balls free of charge.
The camps are not available in the evening.
RESTAURANT
Breakfast is available from 7.30 a.m. until 10.00 a.m., lunch from 12.30 p.m. until 2.00 p.m. and dinner from 7.30 p.m. until 9.00 p.m.
Our Resort is not A.I.C. certified and we have no spaces for preparing contamination-free food. For breakfast we can offer guests with gluten intolerance pre-packaged gluten-free products.
During the booking you may add buffet dining packages or book individual meals directly on site, according to the restaurant daily availability.
There is also a Bistrot & Pizzeria for dinner with à la carte menu and the Pool Bar for a tasty easy lunch while relaxing by the pool. For both, reservations are not required and takeaway service is available.
