Discover the Ligurian coastline

Once again this year, for the eleventh running season, the town of Loano has been awarded the important European recognition BLUE FLAG which confirms the cleanliness of the waters and seabed of our sea.

The sea at Loano has the typical characteristics of the Ligurian coastline, with a seabed that reaches considerable depths just a short distance from the shore and a beach composed of sand and pebbles.
In Loano and its surroundings, it is possible to practice numerous sports activities: sailing, surfing, windsurfing, beach volleyball, snorkeling, and diving in the beautiful waters off Loano, Bergeggi, and Gallinara Island.

We would like to suggest a number of well-equipped beaches in Loano, which offer excellent facilities for the fun and relax of the whole family and have a large sandy beach with facilities and games for kids and catering options.

We recommend booking your spot on the beach in advance, as places are limited.

The beaches are just a few minutes walk from the central bus stop of the free shuttle bus of Loano 2 Village (Via Aurelia Station).
During the summer, the shuttle bus also makes one stop in the morning and two in the afternoon close to the tourist port.
