Loano 2 Village can offer a number of 'natural' strengths thanks to the large open-air areas and large areas that allow you to find your own space in complete serenity. In order to best ensure proper distancing, the resort will operate at 85% capacity. Our Covid-19 action plan defines standards and clear guidelines to protect our guests and employees.
In public areas of the village, such as the restaurant, bar, theatre, reception lobby and other indoor common areas we ask you to wear a protective mask for your mouth and nose. All our staff wear the necessary personal protective equipment.
Our resort has the 'Hotel Secure Clean' certificate, based on an action plan drawn up in great detail. Our staff are constantly trained to ensure that they are always up to date on the procedures to be implemented. Observance of the guidelines is checked daily by the manager in charge. Upon your arrival, our staff will immediately inform you of all the measures to be taken and will be at your disposal for any clarification, assisting you during your holiday with cordiality and competence. If necessary, with the free Telemedicine Service for our guests, you will have free medical assistance via Skype or Whatsapp, directly from your room, from your general practitioner who will decide what action to take. In addition, our Resort collaborates with a number of local medical centres and the Santa Corona Hospital in Pietra Ligure is located in the close proximity. In the event of a suspected case, our responsible staff are trained in the processes to be undertaken immediately and ensure that any potentially infected guests receive immediate medical attention and are isolated from other guests and resort staff.
Our facilities are up and running, no special restrictions are in place. However, some improvements are necessary in order to apply safety protocols. Guests and staff are asked to follow the current guidelines with reciprocal respect.
Our staff is equipped with protective masks and trained in the procedures to be followed. We ensure that employees with any possible symptoms do not have access to the facility and self-certify that they have had no contact with Covid19-infected persons.
Of course we are doing everything possible to avoid this kind of situation. However, in order to ensure the safety of our guests, we have defined a clear procedure that will be applied immediately in the event of a suspicious case.
Your health and well-being are particularly precious for us, so we pay special attention to the cleaning and sanitising of our rooms and flats. In order to meet the highest standards, the procedure necessarily requires more time. Rooms are usually ready for check-in at 15.00, flats at 17.00. On the day of departure check-out is required at 10.00 a.m., both for rooms and flats.
A transparent glass panel, which is integrated into the design, keeps our guests and receptionists safe; we have taken the necessary measures to ensure proper distance between guests; there are hand hygiene dispensers in the lobby; we guarantee natural air circulation. Before handing over the room key, we disinfect it.
The outdoor pools will be open. As usual, a daily check of the water parameters and chlorine level will be carried out to ensure continuous disinfection. A shower with soap is required before entering the pool. The positions of the pool and sun beds will maintain the correct safety distance between guests. The changing rooms will be closed. The capacity of our pools will be strictly limited according to pool surface area. Water gym activities may be carried out, respecting the physical distance.
After 8 p.m. the pools are closed. You can still relax outdoors at the Pool Bar with its terrace overlooking the pools. Our bar tenders will be happy to recommend the best and most fashionable cocktails.
The shuttle runs daytime services at set times, every 30 minutes, until before dinner, with a break at lunchtime. It stops in Loano in a very central position, easy to reach the sea, shopping streets, restaurants and bars. The timetable is available at the Reception of the Village.
Numbered parking spaces are available in the village's underground garage at a daily cost of €10.00. There are no time limits, we give you a numbered key with which you can access the garage at any time. Otherwise, in front of the village there is a very large, free, unguarded public car park.
Our fun team has put together a special programme of games, sports, activities and shows to keep everyone entertained, while respecting safety standards. We'll be using the Resort's wide, open spaces to create a party atmosphere. The Pool Bar and pool terrace will be open in the evenings with live music and DJ sets. Our intention is to entertain adults and children and keep parents happy. All together we will work hard to respect the rules, never forgetting that you can also have a lot of fun during this time.
During the booking you may add buffet dining packages or book individual meals directly on site, according to the restaurant's daily availability. There is also a Bistrot & Pizzeria in the Resort with an à la carte menu, for which reservations are not recommended.
