Frequently Asked Questions

check in & Check out:

• What time can I check in at the hotel?
  • Rooms are available at 3 p.m., apartments at 5 p.m. On departure day check-out is required at 10 a.m., both for rooms and apartments.
• On arrival day may I get into the village before the check-in time and use the facilities?
  • You can start to enjoy the village facilities from 12 a.m., after checking in at the reception. Rooms are ready at 3 p.m., apartments at 5 p.m.
• May I pay cash at the hotel?
  • Of course. You can pay by credit card as well.
• Is it possible to leave my luggage in the storage room on arrival?
  • The luggage storage room is not available.
• On departure day''s it possible to stay in the Resort and use the swimming pool after checking out?
  • After check out it is possible to enjoy the swimming pool for an extra charge, depending on occupancy of the resort.

Swimming pools:

• Will the pools be open?
  • The outdoor pools will be open. A shower with soap is required before entering the pool. 2 sunbeds and 1 parasol are available for each room/apartment.
• Is the indoor pool available this summer?
  • Yes, it is. The indoor pool is open with water at ambient temperature.
• Can I use the pools in the evening?
  • After 8 p.m. the pools are closed. According to the Animation program, you can use the pools after the usual opening hours.
• Where can I rent the pool towels and how much does it cost?
  • You can rent towels for the swimming pool at our reception desk, the cost for the service is € 4,00 per towel per change. A deposit of Euro 10 per towel is required. 
• Is it required to wear a swimming cap in the pool?
  • No, it isn't. The use of swimming cap in the pool is not required.

Shuttle bus:

• How often does your shuttle run? Is it always available, even in the evening?
  • Shuttle bus service is available from 1st June to 30th September during daytime at scheduled hours, every 30 minutes, until before dinner, with a break at lunchtime. It stops in Loano in a very central position, easy to reach the sea, shopping streets, restaurants and bars. The timetable is available at the Reception of the Village.
• Can the shuttle bus also be used by a person with a wheelchair disability?
  • The shuttle bus has no platform for lifting wheelchairs for passengers with reduced mobility. It has a very spacious storage space where you can place your wheelchair.

Parking:

• Where can I keep my car parked? Do you have indoor or outdoor parking?
  • Numbered parking spaces are available in the village's underground garage at a daily cost of € 10.00. There are no time limits, we give you a numbered key with which you can access the garage at any time. Otherwise, in front of the village there is a very large, free, unguarded public car park.
• My car is very high, is it possible to access the underground garage?
  • 2 garages are 2.40 metres high.
• Is it possible to charge an electric car?
  • There are no recharging stations in our Resort, but the reception staff will be happy to show you where to recharge your car in the near surroundings.

Sport and animation programme:

• Is Animation available? For children too?
  • Animation program is available from 27 May to 17 September 2023. Our Animation staff will be entertaining you all summer long with games, sports tournaments, water aerobics, yoga, fun theme nights, shows, cabaret and pool parties. At the Kids Club children from 4 to 8 years old will enjoy didactic labs, snack time, fun activities in the large open-air play areas and, after dinner, the evening Baby Dance by Otto il Polpotto.The Junior & Teens Club the teenagers can take part in many activities arranged according to their age and in five-a-side football, tennis, beach volleyball and table tennis tournaments.
• Do you need to pay a club card to use the activities?
  • The animation activities for adults and children are included in the facilities at no extra cost.
• Is the kids' club open? From which age are children admitted?
  • Animation for children and teenagers is available from 27 May to 17 September 2023. At the Kids Club children from 4 to 8 years old will enjoy didactic labs, snack time, fun activities in the large open-air play areas and, after dinner, the evening Baby Dance by Otto il Polpotto. At the Junior & Teens Club the teenagers can take part in many activities, arranged according to their age, and in five-a-side football, tennis, beach volleyball and table tennis tournaments. Our animation team is looking forward to taking care of your children and teenagers!
• Are there any play areas for children?
  • In the village there is an outdoor playground, indoor play areas and, for the little ones, a sandy area to have fun in the sand just like at the beach.
• Does it cost extra to rent the tennis court?
  • No extra charge, it is included in the guest facilities. Reservation of the field is required.
• Do you provide balls and rackets for tennis?
  • If you have not brought your own equipment, at reception desk you can rent rackets and balls free of charge 
• Can you play in the evening?
  • The camps are not available in the evening.

Restaurant:

• When is the restaurant open?
  • Breakfast is available from 7.30 a.m. until 10.00 a.m., lunch from 12.30 p.m. until 2.00 p.m. and dinner from 7.30 p.m. until 9.00 p.m.
• Are gluten-free dishes available in the restaurant?
  • Our Resort is not A.I.C. certified and we have no spaces for preparing contamination-free food. For breakfast we can offer guests with gluten intolerance pre-packaged gluten-free products.
• I will stay in the residence formula. Can I use the restaurant service?
  • During the booking you may add buffet dining packages or book individual meals directly on site, according to the restaurant daily availability. There is also a Bistrot & Pizzeria for dinner with à la carte menu and the Pool Bar for a tasty easy lunch while relaxing by the pool. For both, reservations are not required and takeaway service is available.
• Where can I have lunch in the village in addition to the buffet restaurant?
  • At the Pool Bar you can enjoy a choise of delicious dishes from our cuisine, light but at the same time tasty, to be enjoyed in a pleasant informal atmosphere by the pool.
• Does the restaurant also have a special menu for children?
  • At the restaurant buffet there is a kids' menu area with special dishes for children.
• What do you propose for infants of growing age?
  • We offer soups, vegetable or meat soup, vegetable puree and the whole range of baby food and baby food products. The staff are at your complete disposal for any request.
