Our Residence offers spacious vacation apartments with hotel services, it means that you can enjoy the freedom and flexibility of the apartment and take advantage of the numerous amenities, comfort and safety offered by our Family Resort in Loano Liguria.
The residences are available in a wide range of different sizes and layouts, from studios to 2-bedroom apartments equipped with all comforts, final cleaning and a mini cooking zone so that you can feel at home.
If you wish, we can take care of the cleaning during your vacation.
With an additional daily or weekly cleaning service, all you have to do is wake up and enjoy your day.
At the Resort’s restaurant you can have half-board or full-board with buffet service.
You can also enjoy our à la carte specialties at the Bistrot & Pizzeria La Verandina for dinner and at the Pool Bar during the day relaxing on the cozy terrace at the poolside!
If you would like to have your meals in privacy with your family, you can request delivery or take-away service.
Our Village has everything you need to make you and your children happy: entertainment, Kids Club and Junior Club in the summer season, 4 amazing swimming pools, sports facilities, free shuttle-bus service to the sea and the possibility of booking in advance the beach.
Our concierge service is available 24 hours a day to respond to your small and large daily needs and to suggest you the best excursions to enjoy during your holiday in Liguria.

The sleeping area, which forms part of the same room, is furnished with:
- double bed (or two single beds);
- a comfortable single bed with a slatted base.

Each studio flat features an outdoor area furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners. Depending on the location, it is available with:
