ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION: Wide, bright, elegant and comfortable rooms for 1-6 persons. On the northern or southern side, ground, first, second or third floor, all reachable by elevator, with a balcony or a terrace equipped with table and 2 chairs. All rooms have air-conditioning, direct dial telephone, TV, safe, mini-refrigerator, bathrooms and hair-dryer. Some rooms also have a kitchenette.

FACILITIES: reception desk open 24 hours/day, bar, restaurant, pizzeria (June/August, only dinner, against payment) and snack bar (June/August, during day-time only, against payment); shuttle-bus service, swimming pools, minimarket with newspapers, large lounges and green areas, self-service laundry facilities, Internet Point in the lobby, Internet Wi-Fi in the lobby, in the coffee house and snack bar.
In some periods, some of the above mentioned facilities could not be available (according to the occupancy and at the Direction’s discretion).

RATES INCLUDE: air conditioning, TV, Safe; heated and covered swimming pool in the winter), private shuttle-bus service to Loano centre at specific timetable (in the low season the timetables of the shuttle-bus and of the covered pool are at the Direction’s discretion according to the occupancy - not available in some periods), use of bicycles, Internet Point. In the period 29/05-04/09/2010 Club-Card with daily and evening animation for adults and children with games, tournaments and shows; Mini-Club and Junior Club for children 4-11 years old in a dedicated equipped area “Mickey Mouse Club”; use of a tennis court and 5-players-football court (in synthetic grass and at disposal during day-time only), archery (during day-time only), use of swimming pools: 1 half-sized olympic pool, 1 wave-shaped pool with little waterfalls, 1 pool with a lower side for children, a 10 persons capacity whirlpool, 2 lounge-chairs and 1 sun-umbrella per room included (from June to September).

RESTAURANT: Breakfast-buffet, lunch and dinner (depending on the chosen arrangement) with buffet service, water and house wine included.

REDUCTIONS:

• Junior Room: reduction 3rd bed 0-1 years old 100%, 2-11 years old 60%, 12-16 years old 40%, adults 20%
• Classic Suite Room: reduction 3rd and 4th bed 0-1 years old 100%, 2-11 years old 60%, 12-16 years old 40%, adults 20% 
• Superior Suite Room: reduction 4th,  5th and 6 th bed 0-1 years old 100%, 2-11 years old 60%, 12-16 years old 40%, adults 20%
• Babies 0/1 year old: free; a “travel cot” is supplied free of charge, to be reserved at booking time; meals included (according to parent’s arrangement) in all periods and in all kinds of accommodations, within the above maximum number of occupants indicated for each room.
• Reduction for Bed & Breakfast arrangement: € 9 on the Half-Board rates.

SUPPLEMENTS:

• Short stays of 1/2 nights: € 15 per person per day in addition to the Half-Board rates, according to the above indicated reduction table.
• Full Board: fixed supplement of € 18 per person per day (the above indicated reduction table is not valid for Full Board supplement); babies 0-1 year old free. Full Board service not available from the 3rd October, 2010.
• Double as Single room: € 24 per day in a Junior room.
• Garage: underground car parking place € 9 per night (on request, at booking time).
• Kitchenette use: € 10 per day (on request, at booking time, depending on availability, not all rooms have a kitchenette).
• New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner: supplement of € 130 per person (on request); babies 0-1 year old free, 2-11 years old € 80.

• Parent + child: in Junior room 1 parent + 1 child 0-11 years old pay as 1 person full price + 1 person with a 50% reduction; in case of a 2nd child, 3rd bed reduction 2-11 years old 50%, 0-1 year old 100% (valid for stays of minimum 7 nights).
• Long stay: 14 = 12 days, accommodation in double room (period A and B). 
• Special “Honey Moon”: accommodation in Classic Suite room at the Junior room price with a sparkling wine bottle in the room on arrival.
• Senior “Over 60’s”: 10% reduction, accommodation in double room (valid for stays of minimum 7 nights).
• Full Board at the price of Half Board: in the period from 3rd January to 2nd April 2010 (valid for stays of minimum 14 nights).
• Special “Sea in winter time”: in the period from 9th January to 31st March 2010 reduction of € 50 per reservation  (valid for stays of minimum 7 nights, on request at booking time, depending on availability). This offer cannot be added to other promotions.

• Advance payment: in order to confirm the reservation, a 40% deposit is required. It can be sent as follows:

  - Credit card, by a specific form to fill in, to sign and to send back per fax/e-mail.
• Settlement: the settlement of the stay is required at arrival. Any extras can be paid at departure. Cash and credit card are accepted for payments. No refund in case of departures in advance and in case of unused meals.
• Cancellation Policy: in case of cancellation, a written notice of cancellation has to be sent by fax to +39 019 671765 or by e-mail to booking@loano2village.it within 14 days prior to the arrival date and the whole deposit will be given back. After 14 days prior to the arrival date or in case of “no-show” the entire deposit will cover the “late notice”/“no-show” penalty.
• Deposit: € 30 for the air conditioning remote control; € 30 for the electronic key of the underground parking place; deposit also for bicycles and bath towels.
  The above deposits are accepted cash or by credit card and will be refunded at departure, delivering the receipt issued for the deposit.
• Important to know: a practical and easy payment system called “Loano 2 Card” is used inside the Resort. This card can be charged by cash at the Reception.For safety reasons we ask our guests to wear the Loano2Village identification bracelet during your whole stay.
  Services on payment: doctor (outside the Resort), excursions, bath towels (against deposit), minimarket.
