At the entrance of the Village we will measure the temperature of our guests and employees.
Safety distances are regulated in all areas.
For the sake of everyone's health, we ask you to maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter from other guests.
In the village are posted signs reminding everyone the rules of conduct to be followed and alcohol-based detergents are available for hand disinfection.

All rooms, apartments, restaurants, swimming pools and all public areas are cleaned and sanitized with specific products of high disinfectant efficacy branded Diversey (world leader in the field).

Our sparkling animation team has created for our guests a special program of games, sports, activities and shows to entertain everyone in compliance with safety regulations.

In case of need, you can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 7 days before your arrival date or keep the deposit paid and postpone your arrival up to 12 months.
In addition, from this year if you book directly with us you will have the opportunity to subscribe to a useful insurance Europ Assistance "Hotel Safety Program" that protects you from many unexpected events that can compromise your stay.
Please use our online check-in prior to your arrival. A few days before the start of your holiday we will ask you to send us your details so that we can speed up the check-in process when you will arrive.

You can also browse all the menus and wine list and with instant messaging you can always be in touch with us, even from the pool or the beach!
