accident or due to Covid-19, you can request reimbursement of the unused portion
of your stay or its extension, in accordance with the Policy conditions.

The Prepaid Rate including Insurance guarantees cancellation for reasons or events
that can objectively be documented, unexpected and not known at the time of booking confirmation
and that occur directly to the insured or to his/her family members.
The full amount of your stay will be charged at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation the Europ Assistance Insurance Company will handle your request
for the reimbursement of the penalty charged, according to Europ Assistance terms.
Tourist tax is not included.
